Noiré is a luxury packaging design project developed for a premium vodka brand. The project explores how structure, materiality, and visual restraint can create a sophisticated unboxing experience that extends beyond the product itself.

Inspired by high-end fashion packaging and contemporary luxury aesthetics, Noiré balances minimal exterior elements with immersive interior details to create a sense of mystery, contrast, and discovery.
Concept

The identity of Noiré is built around contrast light and shadow, simplicity and intensity, concealment and reveal. The packaging was designed to feel elegant and understated from the outside while introducing richer visual experiences as the package opens.

The project investigates how packaging can function not only as protection for a product, but also as an extension of brand storytelling and emotional interaction.
Sketching & Structural Exploration

The project began with a series of hand-drawn sketches exploring possible packaging forms, opening mechanisms, proportions, and bottle placement systems. Multiple structural concepts were tested to determine how the package could communicate exclusivity while maintaining functionality.
Digital Development

Selected concepts were translated into digital layouts and structural refinements. During this stage, the packaging system was further developed through dieline construction, proportion testing, and material exploration.

Typography, spacing, and surface treatments were refined to establish a cohesive luxury identity across the bottle and outer packaging.
3D Visualization

The final concept was visualized through 3D renders to simulate the physical product experience. These renders allowed for the exploration of:

- Material finishes
- Lighting interaction
- Surface reflections
- Package depth and construction
- Bottle-to-package relationship

3D Outcome

Noiré demonstrates the integration of branding and structural packaging design through a process that combines sketch exploration, digital refinement, and 3D visualization. The project highlights how packaging can shape perception, create emotional engagement, and elevate the identity of a product beyond its functional purpose.
