VaulWest
Vaulwest is a branding project focused on cybersecurity, data protection, and digital trust. The goal was to develop a visual identity that communicates security and reliability while maintaining a modern and scalable design system.
Exploration & Ideation
The project began with extensive hand-drawn sketching to explore a wide range of visual directions. Over 30 logo concepts were developed, focusing on themes such as protection, digital infrastructure, and controlled access. This stage prioritized quantity and variation to identify strong foundational ideas.
Digital Development
Selected concepts were translated into vector form using Adobe Illustrator. During this phase, forms were refined through grid systems, proportion adjustments, and simplification to ensure clarity and scalability across applications.
Concept Refinement
From the initial explorations, three leading directions were selected and further developed. Each proposal was evaluated based on legibility, adaptability, and how effectively it communicated trust and security within a digital context.
Final Identityt
The chosen direction was refined into a cohesive logo and visual system. The final mark balances geometric precision with a minimal aesthetic, supported by a controlled color palette to reinforce clarity and technological reliability.
